This product uses Zhenzhong's unique crystal growth control technology, ensuring complete crystallization development, with grain sizes reaching the centimeter level, and being dense and defect-free. This significantly enhances the erosion resistance against molten steel and slag. The special processing method ensures a high particle packing density, with particle cracks being over 70% lower than ordinary products, making it particularly suitable for immersion water nozzle slag line areas. Its service life is over 40% longer than that of ordinary electric fused stabilized zirconia currently on the market.
