Zhenzhong's high-purity yttrium oxide (99.9%) is a agglomerated sintered high-purity Y2O3 powder produced under extremely strict quality control, using Zhenzhong's unique grading and heat treatment techniques. The particle size and strength are strictly controlled in an ideal state, ensuring high purity of the powder and high coating whiteness. It can achieve high deposition efficiency on both mold steel and aluminum alloys, with an average coating hardness of over 600HV. The low coating porosity on mold steel can be controlled below 0.4%.
